The Talent Code: Greatness Isn't Born. It's Grown. Here's How. Overview

Journalist Coyle travels the world to discover the truth about talent in this fascinating account that studies how individuals can unlock their full potential and bring their talents to light. The discoveries put forth by Coyle come down to three main elements: coaching, motivation and practice. While these hardly seem like breakthroughs, Coyle's discovery process proves fascinating. The Talent Code: Greatness Isn't Born. It's Grown. Here's How. Review

This is an excellent book and drills deeply into the working of the mind and proves scientifically that we can all be talented if we take the right approach which is through deliberate practice and have a coach to help us identify the skills we need to develop. I think this is an excellent book for anyone wishing to understand how talent develops and has proven stories one after the other that prove that.
